Bummer! We're so sorry to hear that. We'll do our best to get a replacement(s) sent ASAP. To help us file a claim with the Shipping Provider we ask that you please email us some photos of the damaged goods, and if you still have the outer box, photos of that too would be much appreciated. Please note, we are not responsible for any damage or lost packages sent to a forwarding company.
